If you are a transgender person, started as a man, still have a penis, but have breasts can you legally go topless, or be shown topless on US TV without killing a child?
I wonder what the answer to this question is. We all know that Janets armout plated nipple esposed by Justin almost killed every child in amercia, and brought down the anger and fines of the FCC. not only were there fines, but there was actully changes to broadcasting requireing a lag when live shows are on so that things like that can be caught next time to save the children.
