119% of my Body Weight

I just benched press 119% of my body weight on my fifth set. I was in the zone tonight in the gym. 40 minutes on the treadmill followed by some lifting that ended in some Bench pressing. It’s been 2 years or so since I was lifting on a regular basis with Clint and CL. Last month we got some gym gear in the basement and I started lifting again. Tonight I hit it real hard and went to see where I was at. I did 5 sets on the bench.

Set 1 = 12 X 135lb
Set 2 = 10 X 155lb
Set 3 = 8 X 185lb
Set 4 = 6 X 205lb
Set 5 = 2 X 255lb

I rocked the Last set!!! All by myself with no spotter; That might not have been bright, but I was in the zone. I lifted it without collars so I could drop it if I needed too.
